 Description:

“ I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.” — Ecclesiastes 9:11

The painting shows an image of superimposition of a ferris wheel and an inside look of a watch which forms a shape of a planet. With some athletes competing and chasing after some checkpoints on the wheel, the scene turns into a cycling race field that represents chances and time go intertwined, and the activities on earth are manipulated by multiple dimensions: a multiple layers of a complex mechanism.
